Essential Living Support, LLC is a Wyoming DD Waiver and Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) provider based in Cheyenne. We provide person-centered support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, with an emphasis on daily living and community participation.

Founder & Owner
Richard Brown Jr. is the Founder and Owner of Essential Living Support, LLC and brings experience in direct support, residential services, healthcare administration, disability services, and program operations. His professional background includes supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in both direct-care and administrative roles, giving him a practical understanding of person-centered services from both the provider and organizational perspectives.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration with a focus in Healthcare Information Systems and an MBA in Healthcare Management. He is currently a Doctor of Health Administration candidate at Capella University.
As a U.S. Army Veteran, Richard brings a strong commitment to accountability, service, and responsible leadership. His experience across healthcare, residential support, and disability services helped shape Essential Living Support's focus on dependable, individualized Home and Community-Based Services that support independence, dignity, choice, and meaningful participation in everyday life.
Nahomy Yolina Santana de Brown
Director of Operations
Nahomy Yolina Santana de Brown is a bilingual professional with more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, business development, and organizational operations. She holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing Management and previously served as a Territory Manager in Panama, where she led commercial strategies, strengthened client relationships, and supported organizational growth.
Her professional experience has developed strong skills in leadership, negotiation, strategic planning, problem-solving, relationship management, and operational coordination. Nahomy is recognized for her ability to understand people's needs, build trust, and help turn ideas into organized, purpose-driven initiatives.
As Director of Operations for Essential Living Support, Nahomy helps oversee daily operations, service coordination, organizational processes, and the systems that support dependable, person-centered services. Her business and leadership background complements ELS's commitment to responsible operations, strong relationships, and high-quality support for individuals and families.
