Essential Living Support provides person-centered Wyoming DD Waiver and Home and Community-Based Services in Cheyenne. Support is organized around each participant’s approved plan, individual goals, daily routines, independence, and community participation.

VA Medical Foster Home
Richard Brown Jr. operates a home in Cheyenne approved by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a Medical Foster Home. This home-specific approval is separate from Essential Living Support’s Wyoming DD Waiver and HCBS provider role and does not constitute VA endorsement of ELS.
