Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 21, 2026

Essential Living Support, LLC (“ELS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website essentiallivingsupport.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website, you agree to the terms below.

Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to provide and certain technical data about your visit.

Information you provide. If you contact us through our website or submit a referral, we collect the information you enter into our forms. This may include:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, and any message you write.
  • Veteran referral form: the referrer’s name and contact details, plus details about the veteran or adult you are referring, which may include name, approximate date of birth, branch of service, and the support needs you describe. Please share third-party information only with that person’s knowledge and consent where required.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we collect limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, pages viewed, time on page, and the website that referred you. We collect this through standard server logs and analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Cookies. Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure site traffic, and protect against spam (through hCaptcha). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended without them.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries you submit through our contact form.
  • Process and follow up on referrals submitted on behalf of veterans or adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
  • Coordinate intake conversations with referrers, case managers, VA coordinators, guardians, and other authorized professionals.
  • Improve our website, understand how it is used, and protect against abuse.
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only as needed to deliver our services or as required by law. This may include sharing with:

  • ELS team members involved in intake, care coordination, or follow-up.
  • The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the Wyoming Department of Health when authorized and necessary for service delivery or program compliance.
  • Service providers who help us operate our website and forms, for example hCaptcha for spam protection and our analytics provider. These providers are bound to use information only to provide their services to us.
  • Authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of any person.

Information you provide through our website is separate from the protected health information ELS handles for participants enrolled in our services. That information is governed by our operational HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided to participants at intake.

How We Protect Information

We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect the information we collect, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our internal systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We keep contact and referral form data for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, coordinate services, and meet our legal and program obligations. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Opt out of certain types of processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and consistent with applicable law.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party sites that we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their privacy policies before sharing information.
